– occasional consultancy on specific customer needs (analysis and implementation of corrective or improvement actions on specific business processes);
– ongoing support consultancy on activities of the company quality system (for example Not Conformities management, Failure Analysis, periodic internal inspections visit/ internal audits);
– ongoing consultations in part-time mode of the Quality Manager or Quality Engineer function (recommended for small companies that do not have the quality function continuously monitored by internal staff).
