Design and certification of the VDIS-System of Detection and indication of the voltage for applications in medium voltage equipment MT of the energy sector in accordance with the new EN IEC 62271-213 08/2021 standard.
BT Ingenium commissioned by its now historical customer Costruzioni Elettromeccaniche Torresan, thanks to its consolidated and referenced electronic design skills and product certification and homologation, has made in just 1 year the entire process of conception, design and validation with accredited certification of the type new VDIS voltage presence indicators for the Energy Sector.
The activity very close in the time, in addition to the realization of the entire electronic and mechanical project (including molds for the product enclosure) has dealt with the demanding theme of product validation by performing and overcoming the laboratory severe type tests of performance, environmental with hot/cold dry and damp heat cycles and saline fog, impacts and vibrations, of mechanical IK and IP and EMC and also the very particular optical evaluation of visual perception as required by the reference standard of the product IEC 62271-213.
The product to be launched by the Customer Torresan on the market was finally certified by an EN 17065 third -party EN 17065 and credited to the product standard as required by the energy sector market for application in medium voltage devices such as switch and controlgear and electric panel in general.
